![]() However the conundrum I had was that I also acted within the realm of the Jedi code, and the 10 commandments, Bushido, etc. For some time I was a Sith realist, and for the first 3 years of my life on this path I tried in every way to adhere to the Sith code (in a purely practical manner). ![]() This does not mean that your will is not in accordance with some code, and action you were to do be it good or bad would adhere to some code or another I’m sure. ![]() A dark student should reach a point where one chooses and acts not in accordance with what this or that code dictates, but purely our of their own will. If one truly knows themselves such notions of codes become superfluous, and only become abstracts. One should decide what one does according to what oneself thinks is best without consulting any code, but simply choosing and acting purely out of oneself. It is not and should not be solid but fluid, and once one progresses past a certain point of understanding codes of any kind should be discarded. What is a code? It is simply a guideline (or group of guidelines) one adheres to at the start of any path. ![]() There are many codes in life, and each individual finds one, or makes up his own that he follows.
